At HIBO, we aim to provide customers with a seamless and secure shopping experience. To ensure the safety and convenience of your transactions, we use Shopify Pay as our primary payment processor and partner with Easypay for processing payments. Shopify Pay and Easypay are trusted payment gateways offering various secure payment options, including 3D Secure and MB WAY.
Accepted Payment Methods
HIBO accepts the following payment methods through Shopify Pay and Easypay:
- Credit and Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All card transactions are processed using 3D Secure technology to provide additional security and prevent unauthorized use.
- MB WAY: Customers in Portugal can also pay using MB WAY, a popular mobile payment service that allows you to make secure payments using your smartphone or tablet. This option is available through Easypay.
Secure Transactions
Your payment information is protected by Shopify Pay's and Easypay's advanced security measures, which include data encryption and secure connections. HIBO does not store sensitive payment information on our servers, ensuring the safety of your data.
Payment Processing
Once you have selected your preferred payment method and completed the checkout process, either Shopify Pay or Easypay will securely process your payment, depending on your chosen option. You will receive an email confirmation from HIBO with your order details once the payment has been processed.
Currency
All transactions on the HIBO website are processed in the local currency of the customer's location. Please note that any currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
By placing an order with HIBO, you agree to these payment policies and authorize HIBO, Shopify Pay, and Easypay to process your payment by the selected payment method.
